Walmart Supercenter

Very disappointed. I ordered some wrapping paper for pick up on Xmas eve as well as a few other items to get the price up. Put in that they could use other back ups if out of stock due to it being xmas eve. Go to pick up the items and they said they did not choose a back up wrapping paper. They suggested "you can come into the store." The whole point of doing a pick up on xmas eve is to avoid the ppl and lines!!! Duh! So I canceled the entire order and have to wait 10 days for my refund. Never again will I step foot into a Walmart. Horrible customer service!

If I could rate a zero I would, I waiting 15 min for some batteries. The worker was there and could open the lock for me to get them and buy them but instead she said she has to check me out and I would have to wait. Another worker helped me and I was able to check out myself. I didn’t understand why she had to specifically check me out. It was weird. I understand people steal but she was just taking it out on me and was so rude to me. Even though I was patient with her. Then she laughed at me as I left the store because I tripped. I was really happy coming into this store but left in a bad way. Can’t believe these people treat the customers this way. I was nothing but nice to them too. It’s a shame but I will never come back to this Walmart. They have the worst piss poor attitude.

We enjoy the bakery goods and shopping for small appliances.They offer extended warranty. They don't have enough electric shopping carts on hand for the handicapped at Wyoming location.

Zero stars, if I had the ability to edit post. This past Saturday was a routine stop at this store location to actually shop in-person. I usu. go in super-early to avoid crowds but went in anyway. I was ready to checkout but made a u turn to get one last item. I left shopping cart about 3 aisles down and came back less than 2 minutes to a missing cart. I told the workers I could find, 1 tried to help, but customer service said they can’t do anything. I retraced steps looking all over the store, at customers, and those at the checkout; nothing. I’m certain there’s security cameras that recorded but I did not get anywhere. If this was to discriminate and add on experience to the kinds of micro-aggressions settlers have a knack for, it’s self-defeating since it lost a customer. Be warned if you’re a POC.

The first part of this is not Walmart's fault. Its the city's for not protecting or providing help with the crime. Everything is locked up behind cages. The Walmart problem is it took an employee over 45 to come and open it. Every employee that walked by didn't care when I asked for help. Felt like I was getting the cold shoulder. The attitude was like it's not my job so I don't care. What happen to customer service. I find that the most disturbing working and have worked in the customer service field for over 20 years. It's very sad how employees don't care in this day and age. Then complain they don't make enough money
